David Beatty

David’s an expert in the telecommunication industry with more than 25 years of experience in messaging, telephones, and faxing. He has worked with dozens of startups and is incredibly in tune with the telecommunication startup space.

Walter Burr

Walter has raised more than $1.3B for startups, and has had extensive experience with telecommunication companies in the United States, China, Sweden, Norway, Canada, and India. He has won licenses for mobile telecom bids in India and Senegal, and has developed/managed multiple patents in the United States mobile industry.

Matt Tumbleson

Matt has been an entrepreneur for more than 15 years with two exits under his belt. Just before founding Teckst, Matt was the first Creative Director of Seamless/GrubHub ($GRUB), which his marketing efforts grew from a small corporate food ordering platform to the nation’s largest consumer food ordering platform.

Jay Levy

Jay Levy is a co-founder and partner of Zelkova Ventures. Jay focuses most of his time in working with the current portfolio companies and looking at new investments in the software-as-a-service, internet media and green-tech space.

Adam Press

Adam Press is an active investor, art collector and philanthropist. From 1992-2010 He served as Chairman & CEO of The St. John Companies, Inc. From 1989 to 1991, Mr. Press served as the Director of Equity Investments for the Thyssen-Bornemisza Group (TBG) in Monte Carlo and prior to this, worked in the New York corporate finance department of PaineWebber from 1986 to 1989. He holds a BA from Colorado College and an MBA from Columbia University. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Colorado College and on the Board of Jewish Vocational Services of Los Angeles.
